Shiyana is a Hawaii portrait and wedding photographer whose style defines artful simplicity. She runs a boutique lifestyle photography business from her home office on Oahu. Shiyana enjoys creating high quality photographs for discerning clients who are seeking fresh, clean, natural images.

A background in communications and journalism has trained Shiyana to create images that capture your spirit and tell your story. She has a relaxed attitude and she will put you at ease in front of the camera.

An island girl, Shiyana was born in Sri Lanka and grew up in Colombo and the U.S. She has lived in Hawaii since attending graduate school at the University of Hawaii Manoa. Shiyana has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Australia and Asia. She hopes to visit Antarctica and explore Africa someday.

Shiyana lives with her husband, who is a talented photographer, and two children. She is a is familiar with the best locations for outdoor/on location senior portraits and lifestyle photography on Oahu.
